I have just relocated to Wittering from Somerset, and I'm so excited to share my love of yoga flow with the local community.
This is a new flowing yoga class near the beautiful Bracklesham coastline, suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced yogis. You’ll be gently guided throughout, with space to move intuitively and honour what your body needs each day.
Each class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm. No two sessions are the same—each week is guided by a different theme, sometimes exploring a particular area of the body, and other times drawing on seasonal rhythms or more mindful, inward-focused practices.
We begin with a gentle warm-up, flow through energising sequences, then soften into deeper stretches before finishing with a deeply restful savasana.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and more grounded—having taken a full hour to reconnect with your breath, your body, and yourself.
You’ll need to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor to take part fully. If not, a gentler class may be more suitable.
Testimonials
Steve Griffiths
I had the privilege of being a regular attendee at Karina’s yoga classes while she was based in Somerset. Each session felt thoughtfully planned with subtle variations each week and Karina offered adjustments to suit all levels and abilities. Truly an exceptional yoga teacher whose knowledge and passion shines through in each class.

Karina is a wonderful teacher - calm, serene and laidback. She lets everyone find and work at their own level but is always present with support, encouragement and help. I will miss her classes (due to change in location!)

I have attended her classes over the past 2 years and found them to be the perfect mix of exercise, meditation and relaxation, she has a lovely way of making everyone feel welcome and included no matter if they are a beginner or more experienced yogi. Don't hesitate to join her classes or attend her healing harp sessions you will be so glad you did!
FAQs
What should I bring?
Mats and props are provided—just bring yourself, some water, and a towel if you’d like extra knee support.
What should I wear?
Wear anything you like as long as you can move freely, with perhaps a couple of layers that you can take off as you warm up or put on at the end for your final relaxation. Socks are not recommended during yoga so that you can spread your toes, not slip and fully connect to the earth.
Can I pay cash and just turn up?
You can, however I'd appreciate a quick message if possible so I know how many mats to put out (my number is 07786436599). If it's your first class, please come at least 5 minutes early to complete the New Client's Registration form (these are done online when you book online).
Can I come if I am pregnant?
The standard advice from the NHS is to continue to current levels of exercise if you become pregnant. So if you haven’t done any flow yoga before, you might want to wait until after your pregnancy to try it out. If you already have a regular yoga practice let me know if you become pregnant and I will tell you how to modify some of the postures as your pregnancy goes on - make sure you arrive early enough before class for a bit of a chat! There are also lots of great pregnancy yoga classes out there designed especially for you, whether you have done yoga before or not. If you’re at all unsure, please send me a message before you book.
Do I have to be flexible to come to this class?
Not at all! This flow yoga class will increase your strength AND your flexibility. But you don’t need to have either of those to start with - that’s what you’re going to class for!
I want to book more than one person into one of your group classes. What should I do?
If booking online, each person in your party needs to book separately so the booking system reserves a place for each of them. Each person should click 'select event' next to the date you’d like to attend in the schedule on the Book Now page, and then follow the simple steps to create an account and book your place. Alternatively, you can bring cash and fill in paper 'New Client Registration Forms'. If that's the case, please let me know how many of you are coming by sending me a message (07786436599).
Can I come to this class with an injury?
This depends totally on what your injury is and what stage it’s at. If you're unsure, give me a call or send me a message beforehand and we can chat it through (07786436599).
