Embodied Energy Healing is my signature one-to-one healing experience, combining gentle yoga movement, Reiki energy healing, breathwork and guided visualisation to support deep healing on every level of your being.
Unlike traditional healing modalities that focus on a single aspect of wellbeing, this unique session works holistically with the physical body, energetic body, mind and spirit. Through a carefully guided blend of practices, we create space for tension to soften, stagnant energy to move, old patterns to release, and your natural vitality to be restored.
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, energetically depleted, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself, Embodied Energy Healing offers a nurturing space to return to balance and harmony.

You can choose between having this treatment in the comfort of your own home or coming to my space in East Wittering.
If at your own home, I can provide a Reiki table/ bed or you can use your own bed.

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique needs, allowing your body and energy to lead the healing process.
Gentle Yoga Movement
Healing begins by bringing awareness into the body.
Through mindful, accessible yoga movements and stretches, we encourage the release of physical tension, improve circulation, and create greater freedom within the body. Movement helps shift stagnant energy that may be held within muscles, fascia and tissues, while supporting the body's natural detoxification processes.
As the body softens and opens, we create the ideal foundation for deeper energetic healing.
Reiki Energy Healing
As a Reiki practitioner, I work intuitively with your energetic field throughout the session.
By connecting with your energy, I am able to identify areas of imbalance, congestion, depletion or stagnation that may be impacting your physical, emotional or energetic wellbeing. Through Reiki, I channel healing energy to help clear blockages, cleanse stagnant energy, restore flow, rebalance energy centres, and replenish areas that feel depleted. This gentle yet powerful practice supports the body's innate capacity for healing and restoration.
Guided Visualisation
Our thoughts, beliefs and past experiences can often keep us repeating patterns that no longer support our growth.
Through guided visualisation, you'll be invited into a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to healing, insight and positive change. Together, we create space to release old stories, cultivate new perspectives and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Breathwork & Prana Healing
The breath is the bridge between body, mind and spirit.
Using gentle breathwork techniques, we work consciously with prana—the life-force energy that flows through all living things. Breath becomes a powerful tool for cleansing, balancing and circulating energy throughout the body while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.
Through conscious breathing, we invite greater vitality, presence and energetic harmony.
