Meet Karina
Hi, I'm Karina
Welcome to Wild Yoga Life.
I'm a 500-hour yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, healing harpist and mum of two, based by the sea in beautiful West Wittering on the West Sussex coast.
I created Wild Yoga Life to help people reconnect with themselves through intentional movement, breath, sound and energy.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time, seeking strength and vitality, navigating a challenging chapter of life, or simply longing for a little more calm, my intention is always the same: to create a welcoming space where you can pause, breathe and feel more balanced than when you arrived.

My Philosophy
I believe yoga is so much more than movement.
It is a practice of becoming present, listening to your body and creating space for healing on every level—physical, mental, emotional and energetic.
Everything I offer is guided by intention.
Whether we're flowing through a dynamic Vinyasa class, sharing precious moments in Mum & Baby Yoga, relaxing to the soothing sounds of the healing harp or exploring Reiki, I gently weave awareness of breath, energy and mindfulness into every session.
Because when we move with intention, we don't just change our bodies—we change how we feel.
My Journey
Yoga first came into my life in 2010, and I began teaching in 2015 after discovering how profoundly it could support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Since then, my path has continued to evolve.
Alongside teaching yoga, I have developed a deep interest in sound healing and energy work, leading me to train as a Reiki practitioner and healing harpist. These practices beautifully complement one another, allowing me to support people in a holistic way.
Although I've been fortunate to live in many wonderful places—including London, Newcastle, France, Spain, New Zealand and Somerset—returning home to West Sussex has felt like coming full circle. Living beside the sea and surrounded by nature continues to inspire both my life and my teaching.
Healing Harp & Energy Healing
Alongside yoga, I offer Healing Harp Meditations using my beautiful 13-string Luna harp.
The gentle, celestial sounds of the harp help calm the nervous system and create space for deep relaxation, emotional release and inner stillness. Every session is unique—some people simply experience profound rest, while others notice emotional shifts, clarity or a deep sense of peace.
I also integrate Reiki and subtle energy awareness into my work, helping clients restore balance through gentle, intuitive healing practices that support the body's natural ability to heal.
