Everyone is welcome in this sacred space; whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this retreat is designed for all levels.
To ensure you feel supported and confident, a variety of options and gentle modifications will be offered throughout each session.
Come exactly as you are to soak up the solstice energy, find your inner balance, and let the healing vibrations of the harp wash over you.

10.15 ~ Break
10.30 ~ Pilates
Led by Tania. Core-focused movement to empower your body and improve functional strength.

11.40 ~ Healing Harp Meditation
Led by Karina. Close the morning with the unique combination of harp melodies, guided meditation, and intuitive vocal tones which create an immersive sound journey — a space for release, restoration, and reconnection to your own inner light.

Meet your hosts
Karina
I’m a yoga teacher and healing harp practitioner with a passion for creating supportive spaces where you can escape the noise of daily life and truly reconnect with your breath, body, and soul. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2015, and I love bringing a sense of spiritual awareness to everything I share—from my dynamic flows to my gentle mum-and-baby and chair yoga sessions.
Alongside movement, I lead meditative journeys using my 13-string Luna harp. By combining the harp’s ethereal vibrations with gentle vocal toning and guided meditation, I help support nervous system balance and emotional healing. Now that I’m settled by the sea here in West Wittering, my mission is to help our local community find a deeper sense of inner peace and transformation through the beautiful intersection of yoga and sound.

I'm a Pilates teacher based in the beautiful Witterings area.
Coming from a dance background and having trained as an actor working in physical theatre, movement has always been so important to me. I rediscovered the joy of Pilates as a practice to heal my body post-pregnancy. Since then I have trained as a Level 3 Pilates teacher and now offer 1-1 and group classes within the local area.
Being a mum of two has taught me the value of creating time and space for myself to be not only physically strong but mentally too- I want each client to listen and empower themselves within their own body, leaving class feeling physically stronger and mentally refreshed.

Please bring a bottle of water and a blanket / warm clothes and pillow - anything you would like to make you extra snuggly for the healing harp meditation.
Yoga mats are provided, though if you'd like to bring your own you are welcome to.
