What happens in this session?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Your session begins with a dynamic, breath-centred vinyasa sequence designed to:
-
Awaken and warm the body
-
Build strength and stability
-
Improve mobility and flexibility
-
Encourage focus and mindful presence
Poses flow smoothly from one to the next, guided by clear cues and an emphasis on moving at your own pace. Options are provided throughout, making the practice accessible to both beginners and more experienced yogis.
This part of the session is designed to shift energy, release physical tension, and ground you in your body — preparing you beautifully for the stillness that follows.

Healing Harp Meditation
Once the yoga segment finishes and after a short break, you’ll settle comfortably (either in a chair or lying down on your mat) for the meditation.

My Healing Harp Meditations combine harp melodies, guided meditation, and intuitive vocal tones to create an immersive sound journey — a space for release, restoration, and reconnection to your own inner light. The harp’s vibrations help your nervous system unwind, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner stillness. (Read more about my Healing Harp Meditations here)

Why this unique combination works
Combining yoga with a live harp meditation is more than just doing two things back-to-back; it’s a synergistic practice. The physical release that comes from the yoga primes the body and mind, making it more receptive to the subtle healing frequencies of the harp.
Sound healing adds an extra dimension of calm, enabling deeper rest and emotional restoration — all in a space that feels both grounded and transcendent. Research into yoga and sound healing also supports the idea that combining movement with vibration amplifies the benefits of both.
