I have created a unique and nurturing offering that blends the accessibility of chair yoga with the soothing resonance of a live harp meditation — a deeply restorative practice designed to support your physical well-being and inner peace.

What happens in this session?

​

Chair Yoga

You’ll begin seated and move gently through accessible yoga postures.

The practice emphasises flexibility, balance, and strength, using slow, mindful movements and conscious breathing.

No previous yoga experience is needed: every posture is adapted to your needs, and the atmosphere is calm and supportive. (Read more about my Chair Yoga classes here)

Healing Harp Meditation

Once the yoga segment finishes and after a short break, you’ll settle comfortably (either in your chair, on a cushion, or lying down) for the meditation.

​

My Healing Harp Meditations combine harp melodies, guided meditation, and intuitive vocal tones to create an immersive sound journey — a space for release, restoration, and reconnection to your own inner light. The harp’s vibrations help your nervous system unwind, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner stillness. (Read more about my Healing Harp Meditations here)

What are the benefits of this unique combination?

What is the class format and duration?

 

The class length is usually around 60 minutes with a 5 minute break in the middle to transition from the yoga into the meditation, but this can be altered to suit your needs.

5 minutes break/ transition into meditation

Live Healing Harp meditation 

Gentle close and optional sharing
